This dedicated Kitchen has been designed to create a space solely for *Mise en place *Mise en Place. A French term that literally means, “set in place.” It’s used in cooking to describe all the prep and gathering of ingredients before starting the actual cooking process.
A rare luxury indeed… But I believe to create World class food you need to provide your team with World class working conditions.
