To make a dining reservation -
Bookings are now open online via the link below. We open our Restaurant and rooms Wednesday to Saturday. A Seven Course tasting menu is served for lunch on our Chef's table, Kitchen Bench and Nucleus from 12 noon until 1.30pm. Dinner service starts at 6.00pm, comprising a Ten Course Tasting Menu. The largest table we can seat is six, currently made up of a maximum of two households so that we comply with the Government Guidelines in place. Please allow up to 2.5 hours for your table time; you can of course continue your lunch/dinner in the lounge or garden, weather permitting.
We can accommodate some food intolerances and allergies providing that these are mentioned when you make your reservation, with the exception of Nucleus bookings where we are unable to make menu adjustments. Dietary accomodations we can make include those for Vegetarian, no pork product, Gluten or Dairy free diets, those who are pregnant, and those with nut or shellfish allergies (you would be recommended to bring your epi pen). However, we cannot cater to dislikes or to any dietary restrictions that we feel may compromise the ethos of our dishes within the style and makeup of our tasting menus.
