Sommelier Station

Wine plays a huge part in our menu creation: we have invested heavily to produce an innovative, dynamic and unique wine list, incorporating wine-pairing packages of differing levels to suit your tastes and price preferences.

Laurent Richet MS has been with us 6 years and is one of the most respected Master Sommeliers in the industry, he has created our Drinks Programme with his team of merry men, Senior Sommelier, Quentin Loisel (Kent), Matthew Davison (Matt) and recently appointed Jean Baptiste (JB)
They probably have the best job here, scouring the world for wines, sake and drinks to pair with our unique tasting menus.
