Wine plays a huge part in our menu creation: we have invested heavily to produce an innovative, dynamic and unique wine list, incorporating wine-pairing packages of differing levels to suit your tastes and price preferences.

The Wine team

Head Sommelier – Fernando Carocha, has just joined us after 4 years with The Jason Atherton Restaurant group
Sommelier – Jean Baptiste (JB)
Sommelier – Max
Barman – Rok
They probably have the best job here, scouring the world for wines, sake and drinks to pair with our unique tasting menus.
